From RBT to BCBA, we all start somewhere. After finishing 2 Bachelor’s of Education, I began to wonder what else was out there for me. That was when I began my ABA journey. Attending a Master’s of Special Education program in Applied Behavior Analysis gave me a unique look into both the educational side and behavior analytic side to applying ABA principles within an outpatient ABA program.

My Approach

Collaborative

I look forward to collaboration with my supervisee’s to create the best pathway for supervision. Whether you need flexibility, extra study time, or general instruction- we can do it together.

ABA Focused

As a Behavior Analyst, I strive to offer services with current research and data driven decision-making. Keeping information current and up to date allows us to both have peace of mind and make this a healthy working relationship.

How does supervision begin?

Supervision starts with signing a supervision contract. Once your contract is signed, you’re good to go! First, we will establish a baseline for your knowledge on ABA. Then we will begin on Section 1 of the 6th Ed Test Content Outline. Supervision is a mixture of learning, practical activities, and application to research. Your unrestricted activities will be based around these 3 items to build a foundation for when you accept your first BCBA job!

What is the difference between the two supervision pathways?

The concentrated pathway requires 10% of your total hours to be supervised by a BCBA. We guarantee you will be able to reach your goal of 130 hours per month so you will receive 13 hours of supervision. To get there, we will have weekly supervision meetings, client observations, and presentation observations.

The supervised pathway requires 5% of your total hours to be supervised by a BCBA. We guarantee you will be able to reach your goal of 130 hours per month so you will receive 6.50 hours of supervision. To get there, we will have weekly supervision meetings, client observations, and presentation observations.
